At Nityam, we are committed to helping you find the perfect sleep solution. If you're not completely satisfied with your Nityam Mattress or Mattress Topper, you may return it within 100 nights of delivery and receive a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return under the 100 Nights Trial:

• The product must be in a hygienic and donatable condition.
• The product must not have stains, tears, cuts, burns, odors, excessive soiling, or any form of physical damage.
• The product must be used for a minimum of 30 nights before a return request can be initiated.
• Returns must be requested within 100 nights from the date of delivery.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

For approved returns, Nityam will arrange reverse pickup wherever serviceable. Collection timelines may vary depending on location and logistics availability.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch, logistics and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

In case of receiving a damaged product, customers must notify Nityam within 72 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage for verification.

1. The 100 Nights Trial is applicable for the first 100 nights from the date of delivery.
   
   
2. Customers must complete a mandatory 30-night adjustment period before becoming eligible for a return under the 100 Nights Trial.
   
   
3. The trial applies only to Nityam Mattresses and Mattress Toppers purchased directly from www.nityaminterior.com or through authorized Nityam sales channels.
   
   
4. The trial is not applicable to pillows, cushions, bedding accessories, furniture, mattress protectors, or any other products unless specifically mentioned.
   
   
5. Custom-size mattresses and custom-size mattress toppers are not eligible for the 100 Nights Trial and cannot be returned under this policy.
   
   
6. Cancellation of custom-size products is not permitted once production has commenced.
   
   
7. The trial is not applicable to products purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce platforms, marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers unless specifically stated otherwise.
   
   
8. Customers may request a return and refund any time after the mandatory 30-night usage period and before completion of the 100-night trial period.
   
   
9. Customers may be required to provide photographs and relevant information to validate a return request. Nityam reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient evidence is not provided.
   
   
10. Return approval under the 100 Nights Trial remains solely at the discretion of Nityam after evaluating the condition of the product and compliance with policy requirements.
    
    
11. Claims regarding missing items or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
    
    
12. Any disputes arising from purchases made through Nityam shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
    

Exceptions to Return and Refund Under 100 Nights Trial

Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

1. The product shows signs of dirt, stains, odors, misuse, abuse, neglect, or physical damage.
   
   
2. The product has been altered, modified, repaired, or tampered with by anyone other than Nityam.
   
   
3. The product is a pillow, cushion, mattress protector, bedding accessory, furniture item, or any product not specifically covered under the 100 Nights Trial.
   
   
4. The product is a custom-size mattress or custom-size mattress topper.
   
   
5. The product was purchased through an unauthorized seller or reseller.
   
   
6. The product is returned without proper verification or inspection.
   
   
7. The return request is raised before completion of the mandatory 30-night usage period.

Mattress Coverage

Nityam Mattress are eligible for the 100 Nights Trial and may be returned within the applicable trial period, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.

10-Year Limited Mattress Warranty

All Nityam Mattresses are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

A valid purchase invoice must be presented for all warranty claims.

First Year Coverage

For any manufacturing defect covered under warranty during the first year from the date of purchase, Nityam will repair or replace the mattress at no additional cost.

The decision to repair or replace shall be at the sole discretion of Nityam after inspection and evaluation.

Prorated Warranty Coverage (Years 2–10)

If a manufacturing defect covered under warranty is identified after the first year and the mattress is deemed irreparable, Nityam may provide a prorated credit toward the purchase of a new Nityam mattress.

The credit value shall be calculated as follows:

Warranty Year - Credit Value

Year 1 - 100% Repair or Replacement

Year 2 - 90% Credit

Year 3 - 80% Credit

Year 4 - 70% Credit

Year 5 - 60% Credit

Year 6 - 50% Credit

Year 7 - 40% Credit

Year 8 - 30% Credit

Year 9 - 20% Credit

Year 10 - 10% Credit

The prorated credit value will be calculated based on the original invoice value of the mattress and may only be redeemed against the purchase of a new Nityam mattress through authorized Nityam sales channels.

Nityam reserves the sole right to determine whether repair, replacement, or prorated credit is the appropriate resolution.

Warranty Covers

The warranty covers:

1. Sagging or body impressions greater than 2.5 cm (1 inch) that are not caused by misuse or inadequate support.
   
   
2. Manufacturing defects in foam, latex, springs, adhesives, stitching, or material integrity affecting functional performance.
   
   
3. Manufacturing defects in zipper systems or removable covers, excluding damage caused by misuse.
   
   
4. Structural defects in mattress construction resulting from manufacturing faults.
   
   

Please note that dimensional variations of up to ±15 mm in length, width, or thickness are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
   
   
2. Body impressions or indentations less than 2.5 cm (1 inch).
   
   
3. Comfort preference changes, including perceived firmness or softness.
   
   
4. Damage resulting from incorrect bed frames, improper support systems, or unsuitable foundations.
   
   
5. Improper handling, folding, bending, dragging, jumping, standing, or misuse of the mattress.
   
   
6. Stains, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, mold, pet damage, insect infestation, rodent damage, or accidental damage.
   
   
7. Mattresses purchased from unauthorized sellers.
   
   
8. Mattresses transferred from the original purchaser to another owner.
   
   
9. Natural softening of foam and comfort materials over time.
   
   
10. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance.
    
    
11. Claims submitted without a valid purchase invoice.
    
    
12. Pillows, cushions, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, bedding accessories, furniture, and other non-mattress products unless specifically stated otherwise.
