1. Warranty Coverage

Nityam Interior warrants that its products shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the applicable warranty period.

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. What is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Structural defects affecting normal use of the product.
  • Hardware failures under normal usage conditions.
  • Weld failures in metal furniture.
  • Manufacturing-related alignment and fitting issues.
  • Premature breakage of components due to manufacturing defects.

4. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

  • Scratches, dents, chips, stains, discoloration, or fading.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Water damage, moisture damage, or exposure to excessive humidity.
  • Damage caused by improper assembly by anyone other than Nityam Interior or its authorized representatives.
  • Damage due to moving, relocation, or transportation after delivery.
  • Damage resulting from excessive weight, improper loading, or commercial use.
  • Damage caused by pets, insects, termites, rodents, fire, flood, or natural disasters.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish.
  • Products modified, repaired, or altered by unauthorized persons.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:

  • Use products only for their intended purpose.
  • Follow all care and maintenance instructions.
  • Keep the product in a dry indoor environment.
  • Retain the original purchase invoice.
  • Report any defects promptly after discovery.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order number or purchase invoice.
  3. Share clear photographs and videos showing the issue.
  4. Allow inspection if required.

Upon verification, Nityam Interior may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or component.
  • Replace the defective product or component.
  • Provide a replacement of equivalent value.
  • Offer a partial refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.

7. Limitations of Liability

Nityam Interior's liability is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty shall be void if:

  • The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
  • The product has been misused, abused, or used for commercial purposes.
  • Care and maintenance instructions have not been followed.
  • Damage is caused by accidents, improper handling, or external factors beyond our control.
