Cancellation Policy

At Nityam Interior, we understand that customers may need to cancel orders in certain situations. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions related to order cancellations.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped or moved into production.

Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our customer support team with your:

  • Order Number
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Reason for Cancellation

2. Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be cancelled only if:

  • The product has not been dispatched
  • Manufacturing or customization has not started
  • The order is not marked as a special/custom order

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


3. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

These products are specially manufactured based on customer requirements.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Any payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable, may be deducted

5. Order Cancellation by Nityam Interior

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed.


6. Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may be subject to additional shipping or restocking charges.
