At Nityam Interior, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds for products purchased from our website.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item has manufacturing defects
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories must be included
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
Mattresses or furniture used beyond reasonable inspection may not qualify for return due to hygiene and usage standards.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment or production processing.
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product images/videos
- Description of the issue
Our team will review the request and arrange replacement or resolution accordingly.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side
